Arise Women’s Collective is a transformative, faith-based course designed to help women step boldly into their God-given identity, unlock their purpose, and walk in emotional and spiritual freedom.
This 4-session journey weaves together powerful teaching, biblical truth, and practical assignments to help you arise into the woman God created you to be. Each session is uniquely crafted to build upon the next—strengthening your inner life, renewing your mind, and igniting your faith.
You’ll dive into:
Managing Your Thoughts – Learn how to take every thought captive and align your thinking with truth.
Emotional Courage – Discover the strength to feel, heal, and lead from a whole heart.
Unlocking Your God-Given Desires – Explore the holy longing God placed within you and how desire leads to destiny.
Being Seen & Heard by God – Through the stories of Sarah & Hagar, experience how God meets you in both the promise and the wilderness.
Whether you’re in a season of rebuilding, stepping into something new, or simply longing for more, this course will encourage and equip you to rise with clarity, confidence, and courage.

Session 1 : Arise: Identity – Managing Our Thoughts
Theme Scripture: Isaiah 60:1 (NIV) – “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.”
Focus:
Before you can walk in purpose, you must know your identity.
We arise when we recognize we are chosen, loved, and called by God.
Recognizing the damaging thoughts and learning out to replace them.

Session 2 : Arise: Emotional Courage
Theme Scripture : Psalm 62:8 NIV "O my people, trust in him at all times. Pour out your heart to him, for God is our refuge."
Focus :
Courage isn’t the absence of fear—it’s moving forward in faith despite fear.
Many women stay stuck because they don’t understand their emotions.
Emotions are not bad they are good.
Learning to listen to your emotions, they are telling a story.
Emotions must line up to God’s purpose

Session 3 : Arise: Unlocking God Given Desires
Rooted in Psalm 37:4 — “Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.”

Desire isn’t the enemy; it’s a divine invitation to walk closer with God and discover the life He designed uniquely for us.
Our longings often reveal our calling — when surrendered, they lead us into deeper intimacy and impact.

Session 4 : Arise: Creating Disciplines and Godly Habits
Rooted in Hebrews 12:11 — “No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace…”
Discipline isn’t about perfection—it’s about intentional progress in becoming the woman God has called you to be.
From prayer and Bible reading to rest and stewardship, we’ll uncover how habits shape your spiritual legacy.
Learn how to replace old patterns with new, Spirit-led habits that lead to peace, purpose, and power.

Barb Pruitt is a passionate leader, speaker, and pastor who had a God-given dream to see women rise into their full identity in Christ. She believes that when women establish who they are in Him, they unlock the purpose, power, and desires God placed within them. Through her ministry, Barb empowers women to walk boldly, live authentically, and pursue their calling with confidence and faith.
