Join us for our Leadership Retreat at the beautiful Wigwam Resort, designed to refresh, realign, and refuel every pastor, elder, and department director as we step into the next assignment together.

OPTIONAL: ARRIVE A DAY EARLY

Arrive early to rest, relax, and recharge. Take in the beauty of the resort, lounge by the pool, or grab dinner with fellow leaders. No official agenda – just space to breathe and prepare your heart for the weekend.

This extra night would be at an additional $160 if you choose to come early!

7:00 PM – Opening Session: “Your Assignment Matters”

            •          Worship + Welcome

            •          Vision Cast from Pastor Barb

            •          “Mission Possible” Leadership Charge

            •          Fellowship with light refreshments

 SATURDAY, AUGUST 16– LEADERSHIP EQUIPPED

9:00 AM – Morning Session Begins

            •          Worship + Devotional

            •          Leadership Teaching: “The Power of Presence & Purpose”

            •          Breakout Discussions: Department Strategy + Unity

            •          Prophetic Insight + Prayer

 Wrap-up around 12:00 PM

Spend the rest of the day enjoying the pools, family time, or a quiet dinner on site.
Grab some friends and eat some lunch before heading hom.
