Pastor Barb has been in full time ministry since she was 2o years old. She is a woman after the heart of God. Her ministry experience has been church planting, youth church planting, childrens ministries, mission trips, traveling and speaking in other countries, womens ministries, TV ministry, hospital visitations, street witnesses and so much more!
Pastor Barb has a zeal for life, for friendships, for the Kingdom of God and for the local churches! She truly believes in living a life of balance. Have fun for God, have fun with your friends, have fun with your family..well, whatever you are doing, Have fun!

Paul & Jennifer Bernitt
Husband and wife Pastors, Paul and Jennifer Bernitt, have been attending Faith Builders since 1994. In 2002, the couple moved from Wisconsin to Arizona to help plant the third Faith Builders in Phoenix. In 2008, they were ordained Pastors by Bishop Jerry Pruitt. This dynamic duo serve as Faith Builder’s Associate Pastors, and oversee the School of Ministry, as well as serving on the church’s Board.

Matt & Ginger have been with Faith Builders for 12 years and are a gift to our church. They have been the directors, teachers and visionaries of our children's minsitry Faith Kidz. They are extremely gifted and love the children like their very own. They invest their hearts into the children.
Mike & Denise Coulson
Elders Mike & Denise Coulson
Mike & Denise have been with Faith Builders for almost 20 years. They have 3 children and currently 3 grandbabies. Mike & Denise are our "get it done" couple! Their talent is unbelievable! Denise is the Visionary from props, themes, costumes and more. Mike is the one to build it, paint it, construct it!
Jeff & Lee McLamb
Elders Jeff & Lee McLamb
Jeff and Lee McLamb are two treasured members of our church, gentle and faithful servants. Married since 1991, they have 2 children, one grandson, and two granddaughters. They have been attending Faith Builders since 2005, graduated through the School of Ministry in 2009, and were ordained as Elders in March of 2013. They serve our church as directors over the Usher and Greeter Ministry. In their professional lives, they run an automotive tire and repair facility.

Karen has attended Faith Builders for over 17 years and has been an Elder for 10 years! She has an incredible heart to serve in many areas, including special event planning and decor.

Mike & Debbie have been missionaries for almost 40 years, traveling the world and ministering the Good News to the nations. They have evangelized through churches, conferences, group bible studies, open air meetings, feeding programs, schools, and street ministry. They’ve provided humanitarian aid to hurting people, built churches, homes, schools, rehabilitation centers, and whatever else is needed wherever God directs them to go.
